1. Information Processing Scope

Our routing layer is designed to process only the technical metadata absolutely necessary for message transmission, which includes:

Routing headers required by SMTP protocols (Sender/Recipient domains).
Cryptographic handshakes and IP reputation logging.
Delivery status notifications (DSNs) used exclusively to maintain optimal network reputation and purge invalid addresses.

2. Security and Ephemeral Storage

Technical logs are retained on a strict 30-day volatile cycle solely to assist ISPs in abuse mitigation and diagnostic tracing. All payloads are secured via AES-256 block-level encryption and transmitted over opportunistic TLS pipelines.

3. Compliance and Oversight
